Entertainer Paula Abdul is keynote luncheon speaker on “Creating Your Own Success” at the 2010 Business Women’s Forum (BWF) on Thursday, Sept. 23 at the Connecticut Convention Center.
Jill Blashack Strahan, founder and CEO of Tastefully Simple, a $140-million plus enterprise of direct sales, easy-to-prepare foods and gifts, will kick off the event as the morning’s motivational speaker.
The BWF is a program of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce Foundation led by 35 female executives dedicated to the “professional and personal growth of working women.”
The annual event is sponsored annually by the U.S. Small Business Administration and supported by numerous Connecticut-based companies.
